  I called to find out about a product, the guy had not a clue about "bitters" and then proceeded to hang up on me. Upon re-dialing, they let the phone go to voicemail and the mail box was full. This is terrible marketing and what is more questionable is an employee that laughs at a customer and then hangs up. It was at 4:37 PM on a Sunday... I called back again and the person, who said he was the boss, said I disrespected him because I asked if he knew about alcohol. He DID NOT know anything about "bitters"...it was clear he was not the 'boss" and I still maintain they are rude and not worthy of any business.
